16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you use this website from another country, you are responsible for compliance with any and all applicable local laws.   1. The promoter is AB InBev UK Limited (Company number: 3982132), whose address is Porter Tun House, 500 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LS (the “Promoter”).
  2. The “Budweiser Dream Goal Video Upload Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the UK (Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man who are aged 25 years or over, excluding employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion opens at 5pm on 15.01.2016 and closes at 11.59pm on 25.04.2016 (“Promotional Period”).
  4. This Promotion is offering participants the chance to have one or more of their videos taken in relation to Budweiser’s Dream Goal campaign (“Video”) featured in a gallery of Dream Goal Videos (the “Gallery”) hosted on www.budweiser.co.uk (the “Budweiser Website”). In addition, participants have the chance for their Video to feature in Budweiser marketing materials. “Marketing Materials” includes, but is not limited to:
    1. One or more appearances in a series of Budweiser UK television commercials (the “Series”);
    2. An online & mobile version of the Series which may be hosted on the Promoter’s online properties and possibly those of:
      • Sky Sports (www.skysports.com)
      • TalkSport (www.talksport.co.uk/budweiser)
      • Uni Lad (www.unilad.co.uk)
      • Grass Roots Football (https://www.facebook.com/grassrootgoals; http://www.grassrootgoals.com/; www.twitter.com/grassrootgoals; www.instagram.com/grassrootgoals (the “Promoter’s Partners”);
    3. The websites and social media pages of the Promoter and the Promoter’s Partners;
    4. Any competition run by the Promoter’s Partners;
    5. Radio or television channels of the Promoter or the Promoter’s Partners;
    6. Online and digital advertising;
    7. PR materials, including but not limited to press releases.
  5. A Video submitted by a participant may be used in any one of the above Marketing Materials or across multiple materials, at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter shall be under no obligation to use any Video that does not meet the requirements listed in these Term and Conditions or is not selected at the discretion of the Promoter.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Gallery and/or Marketing Materials may feature Videos submitted as part of this Promotion but may also include images and videos obtained by the Promoter as part of this Promotion.
  7. Entry into the Promotion can only be made:
    1. by visiting the Promotion page on the Budweiser Website; or
    2. by visiting the Promoter’s Partner’s websites on which the Budweiser Website will be embedded.
  8. To enter the Promotion via the Budweiser Website, which can be accessed directly or via the Promoter’s Partner’s own websites on which the Budweiser Website will be embedded:
    1. Participants should visit the Budweiser Website and visit the Dream Goal Promotion page. Participants will then be required to register an account or Sign-In to their existing account if they have already registered on the Budweiser Website.
    2. Participants should create a Video, no longer than 60 seconds in length with the content described in the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.
    3. Participants will be required to confirm their date of birth
    4. Participants should select ‘Submit My Dream Goal’ on the Dream Goal Promotion page.
    5. Participants should then select the Video they wish to submit into the Promotion
    6. Participants will then be required to complete an entry form (name, email address, date of birth, contact number along with a short caption no longer than 160 characters) and confirm that:
      1. anyone featuring prominently in the Video is 25 years of age or over;
      2. they own the Video, are the individual featured in the Video, have the consent of all individuals featured in the Video for the Video to be entered into the Promotion and give their permission for it to be used for the purposes as outlined below;
      3. they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions;
      4. they have read and accept the accompanying Privacy Policy;
  9. To enter the Promotion via the Promoter’s Partner’s Websites, participants should access the Promoter’s Partner’s websites, on which the Budweiser Website will be embedded and follow the steps described in paragraph 8 above.
  10. By following the steps listed in paragraph 8 above, participants will have accepted these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them and any other requirements contained in the Promotion materials (“Entry”). The Promoter reserves the right to remove any Entry which prominently features someone who looks under 25 years of age as set out in the Approval Process (defined in paragraph 16 below). If an Entry is removed by the Promoter that Entry will no longer be valid.
  11. Any Entry through third parties, consumer groups or agents is invalid. Each Entry must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. A syndicated Entry or multiple Entries via brute force or script processes or the use of automated devices or processes or any multiple entry attempt by any other means will not be accepted. Any Entry received via this method will be disqualified.
  12. The Promoter will not be held responsible for technical problems arising from the use of the Budweiser Website or the Promoter’s Partner’s websites during the Promotion. Liability for human or any other error throughout the administration of this Promotion is specifically excluded.
  13. Each Entry should capture the spirit of Budweiser, showcasing the participant scoring their ‘Dream Goal’. The Video can show multiple people, however the participant must be shown in the Video and confirm that all others shown in the Video have provided their consent for the Video to be used in the Promotion.
  14. Participants are encouraged to submit as many Videos as they think are relevant to this Promotion. There is no limit on the number of Videos from one individual that can be used as part of the Promotion. Participants must obtain the consent of all individuals featured in each Video.
  15. The purpose of the Promotion is to document the passion and ability participants have for football. However, due to practical, legal and brand limitations each Entry will only be considered for inclusion in the Gallery and/or Marketing Materials if the requirements as set out in paragraphs 16-18 below are followed and accepted.
  16. Each Entry will be subject to a two-part approval process by the Promoter (“Approval Process”) outlined below who, in its sole discretion, will determine the Video(s) to feature in Gallery and the Marketing Materials (each a “Successful Entry”).
  17. The Approval Process will be completed at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter cannot guarantee that each Entry will be reviewed. The Promoter reserves the right to review and not use any Entry it deems to be non-compliant with the criteria outlined paragraph 18 below. The decision of the Promoter is final in relation to all Promotion related matters.

Part 1

Each Entry will be reviewed by the Promoter and chosen, at its own discretion, based on the following criteria:

  • Encapsulation of the spirit of Budweiser;
  • Showcasing of creative and unique football goals;

Part 2

Entries must adhere to the following

A. The participant must:

1. be and look, in the opinion of the Promoter, over 25 years of age;
2. be in the Video and confirm they have obtained the consent of all individuals who are featured within the Video for the Video to be entered into the Promotion;
3. not be or appear to be intoxicated;
4. not be shown drinking or ‘downing’ product;
5. not be holding or be featured with any alcoholic product

B. Anybody featuring prominently in the Video must be and look, in the opinion of the Promoter, over 25 years of age.

C. The Video must not feature:


6. alcohol being handled or served irresponsibly;
7. any third party brands (on participant’s clothing or otherwise) or products;
8. anything which links alcohol with activities or locations in which drinking would be unsafe/unwise;
9. any rude or offensive gestures or content;
10. any non-incidental landmarks;
11. any non-incidental images of club-specific football shirts or scarves;
12. any images of beer brands other than Budweiser;
13. any identifiable landmark (including a section of a stadium);
14. any nudity;
15. any implication that alcohol bestows sexual success on the drinker;
16. any offensive tattoos;
17. any implication that alcohol has therapeutic or relaxing properties;
18. gambling or allusion to gambling;
19. any content that alludes to creating success through drinking alcohol;
20. any content that is directed at or may appeal to people under the age of 18, for example club mascot characters;
21. content that is or appears to be socially irresponsible and implies or encourages excessive drinking;
22. any content that references violent, excessive risk taking or anti-social behavior (crowd or public disorder);
23. any content that infringes protected intellectual property rights, for example trademarks, and this includes (but not limited to) reference to celebrity, music or film titles;
24. content that supports a political agenda regardless of affiliation;
25. any content that may otherwise negatively impact on the public image of, Budweiser, the Promoter or any other of its brands.

  1. Each Successful Entry will be included in the Gallery at the discretion of the Promoter. Inclusion of the Video in any other Marketing Materials will be at the discretion of the Promoter.
  2. After the Approval Process is complete participants whose Entry is chosen to be featured in the Marketing Materials (in addition to inclusion in the Gallery) will be contacted by 5pm on 26th April 2016 via email to request their acceptance, confirming their personal details and completing the Consent Form in Appendix A (the “Consent Form”). Participants will also be required to obtain signed copies of the Consent Form from every individual who appears in the Video. Participants who are contacted as a result of submitting a Successful Entry will have until 12pm (midday) on 3rd May 2016 to confirm these details. The Promoter takes no responsibility for email messages which are unseen before 12pm (midday) on 3rd May 2016. If a participant fails to respond within the timeframe outlined above, or if a signed Consent Form is not received from every individual who appears in the Video, the participant’s Video will not feature in the Marketing Materials, though a participant’s Video may still be featured in the Gallery.
  3. In determining whether a Video that is featured in the Gallery is suitable to be featured in the Marketing Materials, the Promoter, shall, in its absolute discretion consider, in addition to those factors as set out in paragraph 18 above, the following factors: the quality of the Video footage, the skill demonstrated, the humour, passion and energy of those people featured in the Video, the uniqueness of the goal scored, the quality of any celebration and encapsulation of the Budweiser Dream Goal spirit.
  4. In addition to the chance for a Video to appear in the Marketing Materials the Promoter is also giving entrants the chance for their football club (or a football club* of their choosing) to be awarded either:
    • One (1) award of £50,000 as part of the Budweiser Club Futures programme, a visit from an FA Cup Legend and an FA led training session (the “Main Donation”); or
    • One (1) of five (5) awards of £10,000 as part of the Budweiser Club Futures programme and an FA led training session (each a “Secondary Donation”).
    • * a football club is defined as a team that competes in any league from steps 1-7 of the National League structure 2015-16. The Main Donation and Secondary Donation are only eligible for a football club within steps 1-7 of the National League structure 2015-16. If the football club is from outside steps 1-7, the Main Donation or Secondary Donation can be donated to any football club within the parameters outlined above. The National League structure 2015-16 is in Appendix B for reference
  5. The award of both the Main Donation and each of the Secondary Donations will be chosen by the Promoter from Videos submitted as part of this Promotion. The Videos submitted will be judged against the criteria specified in paragraph 18 of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter will then choose one Video to receive the Main Donation and five further Videos who shall each receive a Secondary Donation. Neither the Main Donation nor any of the Secondary Donations will be paid to any participant in this Promotion and the Promoter will be in touch with the entrants who submitted the relevant Videos, using the details supplied on entering the Promotion once the Promotion has finished, to discuss the Main Donation or Secondary Donation (as appropriate).
  6. Both the Main Donation and the Secondary Donations are subject to the Promoter’s discretion and the Promoter is under no obligation to pay either the Main Donation nor any of the Secondary Donation. The award of the Main Donation and each Secondary Donation will only be made to non-league football clubs.
  7. Each participant acknowledges and agrees that he or she will not be entitled to any financial compensation as a result of the Promoter's use or handling of their Video.
  8. Each participant acknowledges that they may be contacted by e-mail by the Promoter regarding any Video submitted as part of this Promotion including, but not limited to, the obtaining of any required consents, the obtaining of a better quality Video, to request specific confirmation of the age of the participant or of any other individual who appears in the Video.
  9. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions “Intellectual Property” includes (but is not limited to) any patents, any extensions of the exclusivity granted in connection with patents, registered design, trade marks, service marks, applications for any of the foregoing, the right to apply for any of the foregoing, rights in trade names, business names, brand names, logos, domain names, copyrights, design rights, publication rights, trade secrets and confidential information and all other forms of intellectual property right having equivalent or similar effect to any foregoing.
  10. By submitting the Video as part of the Promotion, the participant confirms his or her ownership and title to the video and assigns absolutely all his or her rights, title, interest and Intellectual Property rights to the Video, including copyright, to the Promoter who accepts those rights, allowing the Promoter to communicate to the public the video by any means whatsoever, including without limitation the right to:
    • upload, store and host the video on Promoter’s server or servers under the Promoter’s control;
    • edit, crop, blur or otherwise modify the Video.
    • make advertising, marketing and promotional non direct-revenue-generating use of the Entry in any media (now known or hereafter devised) including without limitation the right to exploit for promotional purposes the Video and by any means in connection with Budweiser and the Promoter’s Partners. For the avoidance of doubt, Promoter and the Promoter’s Partners shall have no obligation to protect the Video by any digital rights management technology.
  11. Participants hereby undertake to cooperate with the Promoter in preparing, executing, recording and transcribing all documents requested by Promoter in order to confirm that the rights listed in these Terms and Conditions have been assigned to the Promoter and Promoter’s Partners, and to facilitate the Promoter and the Promoter’s Partners’ exercise of such rights. This may include but is not limited to the collection of additional consent for the Entry to be used by the Promoter or Promoter’s Partners with the completion of the Consent Form.
  12. Participants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive all moral rights vested in the videos including without limitation the right (if any) not to have the video subjected to derogatory treatment within the meaning of Chapter IV of Part I (headed “Moral Rights”) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. For the avoidance of doubt, this waiver of moral rights shall also operate for the benefit of Promoter’s successors in title, assignees and sub-licensees.
  13. Only an Entry received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be considered for use in the Promotion. Any Entry received after this time may still be considered for use in the Promoter’s online advertising materials.
  14. Participants accept that their Entry may be used by the Promoter’s Partners to run voting competitions with their own set of Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the use of the Entry in these promotions.
  15. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for any Entry or Video that is incomplete, delayed or damaged, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions in any way.
  16. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter or its agents for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete or delayed computer transmission which affect participants’ ability to submit an Entry for the Promotion, or for any other reason beyond its control.
  17. Each participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between the participant and the Promoter is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship, and that the participant's decision to participate in and provide content to the Promoter for purposes of the Promotion does not place the Promoter in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public with regard to elements of the participation in the Promotion, other than as set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
  18. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any Entry that is lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Proof of submission of an Entry is not proof of receipt. An incomplete or illegible Entry or an Entry not in accordance with the entry instructions and these Terms and Conditions are invalid.
  19. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the personal data they supply being used by the Promoter or its agents or contractors to administer the Promotion.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify all participants and individuals who appear in a Video, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required or remove a Video from the Gallery and/or Marketing Materials where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
  21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any injury sustained, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or any tax liability incurred by any participant. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained, as a result of, or in connection with this Promotion (in contract, negligence or otherwise) where:
    1. there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant;
    2. the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or
    3. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these Terms and Conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and
    4. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party.
  22. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  23. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
  24. The Promoter shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion.
  25. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant for any fraud committed by any third party nor in an event beyond its control.
  26. The Promoter’s decision will be final in all Promotional circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.
  27. All participants in this Promotion must be of legal UK drinking age and 25 years or over at the date of entry into the Promotion and agree that they do not knowingly refer this Promotion to friends who are below 25 years of age.
  28. Participants hereby consent to participate in any reasonable publicity accompanying and resulting from the Promotion required on behalf of the Promoter if so requested. This includes the display of the participants’ names on the Budweiser UK Facebook page.
  29. Individuals agree that their personal information will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in connection with any advertising mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Please note that in processing the information in this way the Promoter may disclose such information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by the Promoter.   30. The Promoter has the right to use exclusively and on a royalty free basis, in perpetuity, all Intellectual Property rights that may relate to or may subsist in any of the Videos in any way that the Promoter sees fit.
  31. Each Successful Entry hereby consent to (i) being contacted about the Promotion by the Promoter or its affiliates; (ii) use of his or her name, likeness and any statements, quotes or testimonials for publicity, advertising and other promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law; (iii) the use of their Video by the Promoter in advertising and promotional materials for an indefinite period, anywhere in the universe; and (iv) any other reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of the Promoter if so requested.
  32. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process an Entry.
  33. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Budweiser Website, to any Budweiser social channel or Promotion Partner Channel mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
  34. In the event of any competition being organized by a Promotion Partner the Promoter makes no guarantee of any prize or reward as a result of entry into any Promotion Partner competition.

By completing the data fields set out below (full name, email address, date of birth and signature) I hereby grant AB InBev UK Limited (“Budweiser”), and its agencies and associated promotional partners permission to use a moving image of me (including my image, likeness and sound of my voice) in any of the videos submitted in this Competition and hereby waive any rights in respect of all videos either digitally or any other format in so far as such rights are relevant to the use of said video for the purpose detailed at paragraph 2 below. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion. By entering the Promotion all participants agree to give Twitter a complete liability release.
  2. This Promotion is open to persons aged 25 or over and resident in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone professionally associated with the administration of this Promotion. Entries from agents, third parties or consumer groups will not be accepted. Duplicate or bulk entries will not be accepted.

    • show any content that may otherwise negatively impact on the public image of, Budweiser, the Promoter or any other of its brands;
    • show anything which links alcohol with activities or locations in which drinking would be unsafe/unwise;
    • show any rude or offensive gestures or content.
    The Promoter shall review each Entry as it is submitted to ensure that it adhered to the requirements above. Any Entry that fails to adhere to the above shall be excluded from the Promotion. Each participants whose Entry is deemed appropriate by the Promoter for inclusion in the Promotion shall be sent a tweet confirming that their Entry has been accepted.
  7. There are two tiers of prizes:
    • The tier 1 prize shall comprise the following travel and accommodation for the Tier 1 Winner (as defined below) and their three guests aged over 18 (the “Guests”):
      • 4 nights’ accommodation at a hotel (the “Hotel”) to be taken between 1st September 2016 and 1st April 2017, (excluding; 1st – 31st December 2016 and 24th February – 6th March 2017);

Tier 1 Prize

  1. One entrant will be chosen at random after 11.59pm on 10th July 2016 under independent supervision from all valid Entries received during the Promotional Period and shall win the Tier 1 Prize (the “Tier 1 Winner”).
  2. The Tier 1 Winner will be contacted by 5.30pm on Monday 11th July 2016 via Twitter by Budweiser requesting that they direct message the brand account to claim the Tier 1 Prize, confirm that they are at least 18 years of age, eligible to travel within the required dates of availability and to request their contact details. The Tier 1 Winner will also need to name their Guests and confirm that they are all over 18 years of age and eligible to travel within the required dates of availability. The Tier 1 Winner will have until 10am on Wednesday 13th July 2016 to confirm these details. After this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Tier 1 Winner. This process will continue until a Tier 1 Winner is confirmed who will take up the Tier 1 Prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility for messages on Twitter which are unseen before 10am on Wednesday 13th July 2016.
  3. The Promoter will then re-contact the Tier 1 Winner using the contact details provided to confirm the passport details of both the Tier 1 Winner and Guests and their preferred airport for departures from and arrivals to the following airports:

  4. The Promoter will then re-contact the Tier 1 Winner by using the provided contact details to confirm the flight booking details including flight times. The airport from which the Tier 1 Winner and the Guests travel to take up Tier 1 Prize and the date on which the Tier 1 Winner elects to take up the Tier 1 Prize (subject to the restrictions stated above) will have a bearing on which Hotel the Tier 1 Winner and the Guests will be staying at. The Promoter will tell the Tier 1 Winner at the point of confirming which airport the Tier 1 Winner and Guests will fly from, the precise details of the Hotel.   7.   2. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any Entry that is lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Proof of delivery of the Entry is not proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible entries or entries not in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid.
  3. The “Budweiser NFL Scan to Win Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the UK (Scotland, England, Wales & Northern Ireland), the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man who are aged 18 years or over, excluding employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion opens at 09.00am on Monday 24th August 2015 and closes at 12.00pm (midday) on Friday 30th October 2015 (the “Promotional Period”). Participants are limited to one entry per day throughout the Promotional Period (or until that participant wins the Main Prize (as defined below)).

Participants will receive an email response within 24 hours with an image attached (“Image”). Upon receipt, participants should scan the Image and then follow the directions for scanning detailed in paragraph 12 below. If a Participant is unable to scan the Image directly from the screen; they should print the Image and then scan as detailed in paragraph 12 below.
  12. If participants do not already have the App they should download and install it on a Mobile Device. Participants will need to create a Bud Account if they don’t already have one and/or need to login using their account. Participants then need to select “Scan to Win” from the home menu. Participants should then scan the Budweiser logo (“Logo”) on their Pack or Image (NI only). When the Logo has been successfully scanned, the participant will then be shown a video and will be told whether or not he or she has won a Prize (as defined below).
  13. “Prizes”:

  17. All Winners will be presented with a claim form within the app and fill in their personal details including their full name, date of birth, postal delivery address and telephone number. In order to claim their Prize, Winners will be required to tap the “claim” button. The Winner of the Main Prize will also be asked to give the name and date of birth of their Guest, when contacted, but this is not collected through the claim form. The Guest of the Main Prize Winner must also be 18 years of age or older. All of this information will be used solely in the conduct of the Promotion unless a participant has specifically opted-in to receive marketing communications (“Claim Form”).
  18. To redeem a Prize, the Winner must fill in their Claim Form as described in paragraph 18 above. When the Promoter has received a correctly completed Claim Form, Winners will be notified by email that their claim has been verified against the details given upon entry and with the purchase information provided and accepted. In order to allow time for Winner verification and Prize delivery via post, all Claim Forms must be received by 30th December 2015. If the Prize is not claimed by this date the Prize will be forfeited and will be lost. Please ensure your availability so that you can respond within the timescale allowed in case you are a Winner.
  19. Main Prize Winner
    1. The Winner of the Main Prize and their Guest will be responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the Stadium on the day of the Main Prize and any related expenses including (but not limited to) accommodation, food, entertainment and insurance that is not stated to be part of the Main Prize.
    2. The Winner of the Main Prize and their Guest will be responsible for complying with all Terms and Conditions and rules of the Stadium and the tickets awarded as part of the Main Prize.
    3. Within 14 days of receipt of the Claim Form in respect of the Main Prize, the Winner of the Main Prize will be contacted by the Promoter on the phone number provided on the Claim Form to provide further information in respect of the Main Prize including travel arrangements and obtaining passport details of the Winner and their Guest so that flights can be booked on their behalf. Following this call, a Prize invitation with full event details, exclusive passes for access to the Stadium and all other elements of the Main Prize (“Invitation”) will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the postal address supplied by the Winner on the Claim Form, no later than 7 days before the Main Prize event. If the Invitation has not arrived by 7 days before the Main Prize event, Winners should contact the customer services line by emailing info@budweiserapps.com with the subject header Budweiser NFL Promotion.
    4. The Winner must accept responsibility for arranging re-delivery or collection of the Invitation from the Post Office if there is no reply when delivery takes place. Any Invitation that is returned to sender or are undeliverable for any reason will be forfeited and the Winner will lose the Main Prize.
  20. Runner Up Prize Winners
    1. Runner Up Prizes will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to the postal address supplied by Winners on the Claim Form, within 28 days of receipt of a valid Claim Form.
    2. The Winner must accept responsibility for arranging re-delivery or collection of the Runner Up Prize from the Post Office if the Winner is unable to accept delivery when delivery takes place. Any Runner Up Prize that is returned to sender or are undeliverable for any reason will be forfeited and the Winner will lose the Runner Up Prize.
    3. Winners will have until 40 days after submitting their Claim Form to notify the Promoter that they have not received their Prize otherwise the Promoter shall not be held responsible.
  21. Inaccurate information or contact details that prevent the Promoter from being able to contact the Winner will result in the Prize being forfeited.
  22. The Prize is as specified and the Winner is not permitted to transfer the right to redeem the Prize to anyone else.
  23. Valid photographic proof of identification will be required on the event day for both the Winner and their Guest in order to redeem the Main Prize.
  24. The Promoter and the Participating Outlets shall not assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any inaccessibility or unavailability of the participant’s mobile telephone network / mobile internet or any combination thereof.
    2. Any other system failures, although the Promoter will always endeavor to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
    3. The limitation of the App to compatibility with Apple and Android Mobile Devices only.

General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify all Winners, including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age, as required, and to withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.
  2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any injury sustained, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or any tax liability incurred by any participant. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained, as a result of, or in connection with this Promotion (in contract, negligence or otherwise) where:
    1. there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant;
    2. the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or
    3. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these terms and conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and
    4. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party.
  3. All entrants agree to release the National Football League and its other member football clubs, NFL Ventures Inc., NFL Ventures L.P., and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, members, partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "NFL Entities") from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, liability of any kind resulting or arising from participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or non-use of any prize (including any travel or travel-related activity ). THE NFL ENTITIES HAVE NOT OFFERED OR SPONSORED THIS CONTEST IN ANY WAY. THE NFL ENTITIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to wholly exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control where circumstances make this unavoidable but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimize the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
  5. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the Prizes will only be awarded directly to the Winners.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to re-award the Main Prize if the Winner or the Guest are subject to an order preventing their attendance at public events, including but not limited to the NFL.
  7. The Promoter shall not be held liable for systems failures at the redemption of the handling house; neither can they be held responsible for any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion.
  8. The Promoter will not be held liable to any participant for any fraud committed by any third party nor in an event beyond its control.
  9. The Promoter’s decision will be final in all Promotional circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. All participants in this Promotion must be of legal UK drinking age and 18 years or over at the date of entry into the Promotion and agree that they do not knowingly refer friends who are below 18 years of age.
  11. Winners hereby consent to participate in any reasonable publicity accompanying and resulting from the Promotion required on behalf of the Promoter if so requested. This includes the display of the Winners’ names on the Budweiser UK Facebook page or Budweiser UK Twitter feed.
  12. Individuals agree that their personal information will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in connection with any advertising mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Please note that in processing the information in this way the Promoter may disclose such information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by the Promoter. Individuals should contact consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com if they do not want the Promoter to hold personal data for this purpose.
  13. For a period of 3 months following the closing date a full list of Winners’ names and counties will be available by request, by sending a self-addressed envelope to Budweiser NFL Promotion, PO Box 6302, Milton Keynes, MK10 1ZR or email info@budweiserapps.com with the subject ‘‘Budweiser NFL Promotion”. Please do not send entries or any other correspondence to this address.
  14. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Budweiser UK Off the Record – Tomorrowland Festival Ticket Giveaway (the “Promotion”)

No purchase necessary. Internet access required.

Open 16.05.2016 – 24.06.2016

  1. The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited (Company number: 3982132), Porter Tun House, 500 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LS (the “Promoter”).
  2. This Promotion is open to persons aged 18 or over and resident in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) (inc CI and IoM), excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone professionally associated with the administration of this Promotion. Entries from agents, third parties or consumer groups will not be accepted. Duplicate or bulk entries will not be accepted.
  3. The Promotion opens at 9.00am on 16th May 2016 and closes at 11.59pm on 24th June 2016 (the “Promotional Period”).
  4. There are two tiers of prizes:
    • One (1) of four (4) Journey to Tomorrowland Priority packages, to include:
      • Two (2) Priority weekend tickets to the Tomorrowland Festival with exclusive access from 21st - 25th July 2016;
      • Travel from London to Belgium (via an exclusive Tomorrowland tour bus);
      • Dreamlodge luxury camping in Dreamville throughout the Tomorrowland Festival;
      • A per diem for food & drink during the Tomorrowland Festival;
      • Exclusive activities at the Tomorrowland Festival;
      • Travel to and from home address to London (applicable for non-London based participants only);
      • Overnight stay in London prior to departure (applicable for non London based participants only)
      (each a “Tier 1 Prize”)
    • One (1) of ten (10) Tomorrowland Weekend Camping packages, to include:
      • Two (2) weekend camping tickets to the Tomorrowland Festival from 21st – 25th July 2016;
      • Return Eurostar & travel ticket from London to Tomorrowland Festival;
      • Easy Tent camping in Dreamville throughout the Tomorrowland Festival.
      (each a “Tier 2 Prize”)
  5. Entry into the Promotion can only be made via www.budweiser.co.uk/OffTheRecord (the “Website”).
  6. To enter, participants must submit their full name, date of birth, email address and postal address via the Website during the Promotional Period and by doing so will be entered into the Promotion and will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions (“Entry”).
  7. Fourteen (14) entrants will be chosen at random at 11am on Monday 27th June 2016 by an independent person from all the valid Entries received during the Promotional Period. The first four (4) Entries drawn shall each win a Tier 1 Prize (each a “Tier 1 Winner”) with the next ten (10) Entries drawn each winning a Tier 2 Prize (each a “Tier 2 Winner”).
  8. Each Tier 1 and Tier 2 Winner will be contacted by 3pm on 27th June 2016 by email using the e-mail address provided on the Website, to request their acceptance of their Tier 1 or Tier 2 Prize, to confirm their age and the age of the individual who will take up the second ticket awarded as part of each Tier 1 and Tier 2 Prize (the “Guest”) and their postal address for delivery of the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Prize.
  9. Each Tier 1 and Tier 2 Winner will have until 9am on 29th June 2016 to confirm the details stated in paragraph 8 above. After this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Tier 1 or Tier 2 Winner as appropriate. This process will repeat until each Tier 1 and Tier 2 Winner is confirmed. The Promoter takes no responsibility for emails which are unseen before 9am on 29th June 2016. Individuals agree that their personal information will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in connection with any advertising mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Please note that in processing the information in this way the Promoter may disclose the information to other companies in its group or to third parties employed by the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion or for marketing purposes. Individuals should contact the Promoter if they do not want the Promoter to hold personal data for this purpose. The Promoter is registered on the public register of data controllers maintained by the Information Commissioner. The Promoter works strictly in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended).
  10. All elements of both the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Prize will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery to each Tier 1 and Tier 2 Winner using the address provided by each Tier 1 and Tier 2 Winner as set out in paragraph 8 above.
  11. Each Tier 1 and Tier 2 Winner must accept responsibility for arranging re-delivery of their Tier 1 or Tier 2 Prize if they are unable to accept delivery at the time delivery takes place. Any prize that is returned to sender or is undeliverable for any reason will be forfeited and the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Winner in question will lose their Tier 1 or Tier 2 Prize as appropriate. If a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Winner has not received their Tier 1 or Tier 2 Prize by 11th July 2016 they should contact Budweiser@wearefrukt.com.
  12. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any Entry that is lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Proof of delivery of the Entry is not proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible Entries or Entries not in accordance with the entry instructions and these Terms and Conditions are invalid.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any Entry which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  14. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an Entry to this Promotion which shall include the operation of the Website.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify each Tier 1 and Tier 2 Winner and their Guests including but not limited to, proof of identity and/or age and eligibility to travel as required, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or has won using fraudulent means.

  24. The tickets awarded as part of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Prize are event and date specific and must be accepted as offered and are not transferable.
  25. The Tier 1 and Tier 2 Winners and their Guests must be available on 21st –25th July 2016 in order to take up their Tier 1 or Tier 2 Prize as appropriate. Any Tier 1 or Tier 2 Winner and their Guests who are not London based will need to be available on 20th July 2016 to travel to London.
  26. The tickets awarded as part of Tier 1 Prize are Priority tickets and the Tier 1 Winners and their Guests will be bound by the terms and conditions stated on the tickets. The tickets awarded as part of the Tier 2 Prize are weekend camping tickets and the Tier 2 Winners and their Guests will be bound by the terms and conditions stated on the tickets.
  27. The Promoter reserves the right to re-award any Tier 1 or Tier 2 Prize if a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Winner or their Guests are subject to an order preventing their attendance at public events, including but not limited to travel outside the UK.
  28. For a period of 3 months following the closing date all Tier 1 and Tier 2 Winners’ names and counties can be requested by sending a self-addressed envelope to: Budweiser Off The Record Competition, AB InBev UK Limited, Porter Tun House, 500 Capability Green, Luton, LU1 3LS.
