How to Enter:  

6. See the promotion communicated through social platforms and CRM within the Promotion Period.

8. Enter your full name, mobile number and email address to be entered into the prize draw.

 

9. Entries are limited to one per person per day. Prizes are limited to a maximum of one Prize per person in total. For the avoidance of doubt no person may win more than one Prize. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a Prize claim to be valid. 

  

Winner Selection: 

10. Five winners will be drawn from all valid entries received during each Prize Draw Promotion Period listed in clause 4. The winners will be selected at random using an independent random name generator within one (1) Working Day following the end of each Prize Draw Promotion Period. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the same time. For the avoidance of doubt, losing entries will not be rolled over into the next draw.    

Prizes:  

11. Prize 1:

• 5 x pairs of tickets to Philadelphia Eagles v Jacksonville Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 11th October 2026 for the winner and 18+ guest.

• Prize 2:

• 5 x pairs of tickets to Houston Texans v Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium on 18th October 2026 for the winner and 18+ guest.

  

Ticket Prize Fulfilment:  

12. NFL Ticket Prize winners will be contacted via phone call using the phone number they submitted upon entry, within 24 hours of each draw, where they will be provided with details of the match and Terms & Conditions. The winners will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 24 hours to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize, the Prize will be passed on to a reserve. Reserve winners may have a shorter time to accept.   

  

13. The NFL match tickets will be in the form of digital tickets which will be available to download by the winners after successful validation. Winners will receive a link to the email address used upon entry to download the tickets. It is the responsibility of the winners to download specific ticket apps for delivery of the prize. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of a prize caused by the provision of incorrect information or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control. 

  

NFL Match Ticket Prize Details and Conditions:  

14. The Ticket Prizes will be arranged by email or phone between the prize fulfilment agency and the Winners. The prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the Winners with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will confirm to the winners upon issue which match they have won tickets to. There is no choice of tickets. The match dates are not flexible and the winner and their guest must be able to attend on the dates disclosed at the time of their win.  

  

15. The Prize must be taken on the relevant date specified by the Promoter at the time of win notification and the Winners and their guests (18+) must be available to attend on the specified Prize dates. 

  

16. Winners will be required to provide the full names, email addresses, dates of birth and nationalities of themselves and their guests (18+) during the Winner Notification process. 

  

17. For the avoidance of doubt the tickets allow entry only to the NFL match and do not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.  

  

18. The Winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the event forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled. 

  

19. If a Prize is cancelled or rejected by the Winner, no alternative Prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.  

  

20. All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time.  

  

21. Guests must be over the age of 18 at the time of organising the Prize.  

  

22. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how a Prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.   

  

23. Return transfers from the Winner's home to the venue are not included.  

  

24. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests in connection with the use of any Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.

General:  

  

26. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.  

  

27. The surnames of the Prize winners will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com within three months of the Close Date. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).  

  

28. Any persons attempting to enter more than once per day by (including but not limited to) using multiple identities or addresses will be disqualified.  

  

29. Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.  

  

30. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry, or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. A Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.  

  

31. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims.  

  

32. The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.  

  

33. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.  

  

34. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach, or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.  

  

35. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 36. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.  

  

37. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.  

 

38. "The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions, LLC, NFL International, LLC, NFL International Licensing, Inc., NFL International Limited, NFL Players Association, NFL Players Incorporated, and each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, direct and indirect shareholders (and their direct and indirect subsidiaries), officers, directors, agents, members, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded.

39.  Employees of the NFL Entities are not eligible to enter this promotion.

40. The Promoter is solely responsible for the preparation of these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter is responsible for the administration, operation and fulfilment of this promotion. None of the NFL Entities is responsible for the preparation, administration, operation or fulfilment of this promotion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases and holds harmless the NFL Entities from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to this promotion, participation in this promotion, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize."

  

42. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.  

  

43. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.  

  

44. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.  

  

45. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
