Main Prize for 21+: 1 of 2 pairs of tickets (1 for UK, 1 for ROI) to a FIFA World Cup 26 ™ Semi Final for the winner and 21+ guest. If you are aged 18 – 20 you will be automatically entered into the Wrap Up Draw: 21/06/26 – 04/10/26. Wrap Up Prize: 1 of 600 pieces of Budweiser FIFA World Cup 26 ™ merch. Retain receipt to claim. By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.  

  

Eligibility:  

  1. The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").  

  2. The Promotion is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland, aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.  

  3. Purchase is necessary for entry. Please retain your original itemised till receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to claim their Prize. Internet access, mobile number and a valid email address are required.  

  4. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage overconsumption. Please do not consume more product than the recommended UK government guidelines. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read http://www.drinkaware.co.uk for more information.

Main Promotion Period 

  1. Purchase and enter between 00:01 GMT on 2nd February 2026 and 23:59 BST on 20th June 2026 (the "Main Promotion Period").  

  

Wrap Up Draw Promotion Period 

  1. Purchase and enter between 00:01 BST on 21st June 2026 and 23:59 BST on 4th October 2026 (the "Wrap Up Draw Promotion Period").

How to Enter:  

  1. Purchase a Promotional Pack of Budweiser (the “Promotional Packs”) listed in clause 7 above, with the promotion advertised on pack, from a participating store including ALDI, Applegreen, Carry Out, Centra, Circle K, Costcutter, Daybreak, Dunnes Stores, EUROSPAR, Fresh, Gala, LIDL, Londis, Mace, Maxol, Musgrave Marketplace, SPAR, SuperValu, and Tesco (the “Participating Retailers”).  

  

  1. Scan the QR code on pack or go online to www.budweiser.co.uk/win.  

  

  1. Enter your full name, mobile number and email address and select which Participating Retailer you purchased from (listed in Clause 8 above) within the Main Prize Promotion Period to be entered into the Main Promotion Prize Draw for 1 pair of tickets to the FIFA World Cup Semi Final. Entrants who are aged 18-20 and entered during the Main Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the Wrap Up Draw instead. 

  

  1. You will also be required to complete a test of skill to enter. Entrants will have 10 seconds to answer the test of skill question correctly. Each entrant that selects the correct answer within the given timeframe will gain entry into the Main Promotion Period.  

  2. All valid entries within the Wrap Up Prizes Promotion Period will also be entered into the Wrap Up Prize Draw.  

  

  1. Entries are limited to one per person per week. Prizes are limited to a maximum of one Prize per person. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and the combination needs to be unique to a single participant for a Prize claim to be valid.  

  

Main Promotion Prize Draw Winner Selection:  

 

  1. The entrant who answers the test of skill question in the quickest time will be the winner of the Prize. Should more than one entrant share the quickest response time there will be a tie break. The winners of the tie break will be drawn at random by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. The tie break draw will be held within 5 working days of the close date of the Main Prize Promotion. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the draw. 

  2. The Main Prize Promotion winner will be contacted via email call using the phone number they submitted upon entry, within 3 days of the close date of the promotion. The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Main Prize within 5 days to claim their Prize. If the winner does not claim their Prize, the Main Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. 

 

Wrap Up Prize Draw Winner Selection 

 

  1. The Wrap Up Prize Draw winners will be drawn monthly from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Promotion Period. The entrants who answers the test of skill question in the quickest time will be the winners of the Prize. Should more than one entrant share the quickest response time there will be a tie break. The winners of the tie break will be drawn at random by an automated computerised program under the supervision of an independent adjudicator. The tie break draw will be held within 5 working days of the close date of the Wrap Up Prize Promotion. An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the time of the Wrap Up Prize Draw.

  1. The Wrap Up Prize Draw winners will be contacted via email using the email address they submitted upon entry, within 7 days of the Wrap Up Prize Draw. The winners will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Wrap Up Prize and their full postal address within 5 days to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Wrap Up Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time as the Wrap Up Prize Draw. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.  

Prizes:  

Main Promotion Prizes:  

  1. 1 x pair of tickets to FIFA World Cup 2026 Semi Final on Wednesday 15th July 2026 in Atlanta, USA. The prize includes flights and accommodation.  

 

Wrap Up Draw Prizes:  

  1. There are a total of 200 x merchandise prizes available to be won, including: 50x Budweiser Scarfs, 50x Budweiser Vintage Cap, 50x Budweiser Modern Hoodie, 50x Budweiser Vintage TShirt White. 

Delivery of Prizes: 

  1. If you have won a merchandise prize, your Prize will be sent to the address provided upon acceptance of the Prize within 30 days of your Prize acceptance. The Promoter will not dispatch any Prizes to virtual ROI addresses such as, but not limited to AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod. 

  

  1. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason.

Main Prize Terms and Conditions: 

  

  1. The Main Prize will be arranged by email/phone between the prize fulfilment agency and the winners. The prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winners with details of the Main Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. Once the Main Prize details including dates, travel and locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by a winner. 

  

  1. The trip must be taken on the date specified by the Promoter at the time of win notification and the Winner and their guest (21+) must be available to attend on the specified dates.  

 

  1. The Winner will be required to provide the name and details of their guest (21+) during the Winner Notification process. 

  

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, the match tickets allow entry only to the match and do not include travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Main Prize will be responsible for any such costs.  

  

  1. The Winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the trip or any other event forming part of the Main Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled. 

  

  1. If a Main Prize is cancelled or rejected by the Winner, no alternative prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.  

  

  1. All elements of the Main Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.  

  

  1. Guests must be over the age of 21 at the time of organising the Main Prize.  

  

  1. The Winner must inform the Promoter of any dietary requirements or allergens for themselves and their guest by 2 weeks prior to taking their trip.  

  

  1. The Winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the Winner and their guest. In the event that the Winner or their guest are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued and no compensation or other prize will be provided.  

  

  1. The Main Prize will be forfeited if:  a. a Winner or their guest have not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;  b. a Winner or their guest have any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling to, or within, the relevant trip destination; or  c. a Winner or their guest have any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Prize.  

  

  1. It is the responsibility of the Winner and their guest to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the relevant destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any Winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The Winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into the trip destination country. 

  

  1. Specified accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking and will be confirmed to the Winner during the Main Prize fulfilment. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability. 

  

  1. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how a Main Prize is organised and at all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Main Prize fulfilment.   

  

  1. Return transfers from the Winner's home to the local international airport are not included.  

  

  1. It will be the Winner's and their guest's responsibility to take out, at their own cost, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.  

  

  1. A valid credit or debit card may be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in-room calls or services. 

  

  1. The Winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the Airline's published Conditions of Carriage.  

  

  1. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s).  

  

  1. The Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest in connection with the use of any Main Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a Winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Main Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Main Prize or if a Winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the venue.  

  

  1. The Winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the ticketing terms and conditions which can be found at: www.budweiser.co.uk/win.  

  

General:  

  1. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of any Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.  

  

  1. The surname of all Winners will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com within three months of the close date of each Promotion Period. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing  consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).  

  

  1. Any persons or households attempting to enter more than once per week by (including but not limited to) using multiple identities or addresses will be disqualified.  

  

  1. Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.  

  

  1. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. A Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.  

  

  1. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the claim process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims.  

  

  1. The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.  

  

  1. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.  

  

  1. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if a Prize has been awarded.  

  

  1. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://budweiserbrewinggroup.co.uk/privacy-policy.  

  

  1. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.  

  

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.  

  

  1. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.  

  

  1. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.  

  

  1. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.  

  

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
