1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Budweiser’s Let It Pour Experience (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 5:00 p.m. Greenwich Meantime (“GMT”) on 4^rd June 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. GMT on 8^th June 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom, who are 25 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”), AB InBev UK Limited (“Promoter”), Grey Group and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) and their immediate and extended family members (including but not limited to spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Void outside the United Kingdom and where prohibited by law. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Entry constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. 

During the Sweepstakes Period, @budweiseruk will post a Sweepstakes call to action post (the “Post”) on Instagram, instructing Entrants to follow the directions on the Post, including following @budweiseruk, including #BudweiserSweepstakes, commenting “Let it Pour!” and tagging at least one (1) 25+ friend to receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes. You must have a public Instagram account and, if you are selected as a potential winner, must be able to receive Direct Messages. 

Limit one (1) Entry per person/Instagram account during the Sweepstakes Period. Your Entry must be submitted in accordance with the Instagram Terms of Use (http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/). You may use only one (1) Instagram account to enter. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account to submit an Entry. If you do not have an Instagram account, and you would like to create one for free, download the free Instagram app to your mobile device at either the Apple® App Store or the Google® Play store. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply. Standard data rates may apply. 

Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Promoter and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer/device equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entrant’s Instagram profile must be keeping with Promoter’s image or they may be disqualified.

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: The requirements in this section are referred to as the “Entry Requirements” and they apply to the Entry that an Entrant submits in the Sweepstakes. By posting an Entry into the Sweepstakes, you agree to waive any rights you may have to the Entry submitted. The Entry, or portion thereof, must not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate content, or be disparaging to Promoter, as determined in Promoter’s sole discretion. Entries must be in keeping with Promoter's image and may not be offensive, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person's or entity’s personal or proprietary rights. All Entries must be the sole, original work of the Entrants. Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, inappropriate, disparaging, offensive or contains any proprietary rights of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion, may be disqualified. 

By submitting an Entry in this Sweepstakes, Entrant grants FIFA, Promoter and all other such persons as Promoter may designate, the absolute, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, store, post, display, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of and/or otherwise use the Entry, together or separate from Entrant’s information, in any manner, form, format, or media now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising of Promoter, the Sweepstakes, and Promoter’s products, all without further notice, consent or payment. Instagram is not affiliated with this Sweepstakes in any way and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of the Prize. No endorsement or approval of Sweepstakes by Instagram is expressed or implied.

5. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about 9^th June 2026, three (3) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions, along with Promoter’s are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by direct message from @budweiseruk on Instagram using the Instagram account used to enter the Sweepstakes. Each potential winner is solely responsible for monitoring their Instagram account, including message requests, for any notification. To remain eligible, a potential winner must respond to the initial direct message within the deadline stated in that message and must, within the deadline stated in the follow-up email and/or direct message, provide the requested information for themselves and their guests, including first name, last name, email address, date of birth and Instagram username, and complete, sign and return any Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release and/or Assignment of Rights requested by the Promoter (together, the “Release Paperwork”). If a potential winner does not respond within the stated deadline, does not provide the requested information, does not complete and return the Release Paperwork within the stated deadline, is found to be ineligible, or if any notification or Release Paperwork is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner may be disqualified and the Prize may be forfeited, in the Promoter’s reasonable discretion, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. As a condition of being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner and/or their guests may be required to undergo reasonable eligibility, identity and background verification to the extent necessary for the proper administration of the Sweepstakes and/or the Event. The Promoter may disqualify a potential winner or guest if the Promoter reasonably determines that: (a) they do not meet the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules; (b) they have failed to comply with these Official Rules or any reasonable instructions relating to the administration of the Sweepstakes or the Event; (c) they refuse or are unable to accept the Prize or attend the Event on the date allocated in accordance with these Official Rules; (d) their participation would, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, create a material risk to the safety, lawful operation or proper administration of the Sweepstakes or the Event; or (e) they have engaged in conduct or are subject to circumstances which, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, are likely to bring the Promoter, the Sweepstakes or any of the Promoter’s brands into serious disrepute. For the avoidance of doubt, where the context requires, references in this paragraph to a winner also apply to that winner’s guests.

By accepting a Prize and/or attending an Event, each winner and guest acknowledges that the Event may be photographed, filmed and otherwise recorded by or on behalf of the Promoter. Subject to applicable law and the Promoter’s privacy policy, the Promoter and its designees may use Event-related content featuring the winner(s) and/or any guest(s), including their name, image, likeness, voice and statements, for reasonable advertising, publicity, promotional, editorial and social media purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, the Event and the Promoter’s brands, without further notice or additional compensation. A winner’s or guest’s refusal to participate in any post-Event publicity or content capture will not, of itself, affect the winner’s entitlement to the Prize, provided that the winner and guest otherwise comply with these Official Rules and any reasonable Event requirements notified by the Promoter.

PROMOTER’S AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR’S DECISIONS AS TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE DETERMINATION OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNERS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. Release Paperwork will be sent via email and/or email link. If a potential winner is disqualified or forfeits the Prize, the Promoter may select an alternate potential winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Any alternate potential winner will be subject to the same notification, eligibility verification and document return requirements as the original potential winner. The Promoter may make up to three (3) attempts in total to award each Prize, after which the relevant Prize may remain unawarded. The Released Parties shall have no liability for any Prize notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails, including but not limited to those resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in a user's email account to receive email.

7. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): Grand Prize (3): A FIFA World Cup 2026™ World Cup Watch Party at a private bar for the winner and up to eleven (11) of their friends, including Promoter-specified beverages, food and merchandise (“Event”) (ARV: £1,000 GBP).

Prize Restrictions: There are three (3) Events, each corresponding to one (1) Prize, and they are scheduled to take place on 17 June 2026; 23 June 2026; and 27 June 2026. Each confirmed winner will be allocated one of those Event dates by the Promoter. The allocated Event date is final and cannot be changed, and if a winner is unable or unwilling to attend on the allocated date, the Prize will be forfeited and no cash or other substitute will be provided, except that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Winners may invite up to eleven (11) guests to attend the Event. All guests must be aged 25 or over on the date of the Event. A winner must provide the requested guest details by the deadline notified by the Promoter. Guests may be required to complete and sign a liability release and/or publicity release before attending the Event. The winner will not be entitled to any substitute prize, compensation or additional guest place if any guest is unable or not permitted to attend. Any and all applicable taxes and fees, travel costs associated with travel to the Event location, and other costs not expressly stated in the prize description above are the winner’s sole responsibility. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. By accepting a Prize, the winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the Event and the Event venue, as applicable. The Promoter and/or the Event venue may refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, any winner or guest whose conduct is unlawful, unsafe, threatening, abusive, intoxicated, disorderly or otherwise materially interferes with the safe and orderly operation of the Event, all as reasonably determined by the Promoter and/or venue operator. In that event, the affected individual will have no further right to participate in the Event and no substitute prize or compensation will be provided. Winners and their guests must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols, or venue conditions, in place at the time of the Event. All Prize details are in the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.

The selling, reselling, or otherwise transferring of the Prize or any portion thereof to any third party is strictly prohibited. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify winner and void the Prize if it appears to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. All expenses, travel, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of a winner. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets will not be replaced by Promoter or Administrator. Promoter is not responsible if a winner does not make use of the Prize. Promoter is not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason due to circumstances beyond Promoter’s control. Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners cannot substitute, assign, transfer, or redeem Prize for cash; however, Promoter reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions at its sole discretion if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of Prize after they have been delivered. 

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In exchange for the right to participate in the Sweepstakes, Entrant and winners and guests agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties and Instagram from and against any and all liability (including, but not limited to, damages caused or claimed to be caused, losses, property damages, or other damages or expenses, injury or death) arising out of Entry and/or acceptance/use or misuse, of the Prize or participation in Event. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to any person's computer, phone or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims. Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if unauthorized human intervention, a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by Promoter, in its sole discretion. In the event of termination, the drawing will be conducted from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received prior to termination or the Prize will be awarded as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Promoter. Promoter reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Promoter reserves the right to make all decisions in its sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, and the decisions by Promoter are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or the Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participation in the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Promoter in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

10. PRIVACY: Any personal information that an Entrant provides in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used by Promoter and Judging agency to administer this Sweepstakes, contact Entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Promoter’s privacy policy located at https://www.ab-inbev.com/privacy-policy. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to and accept that privacy policy. Entrant’s information will be transferred to the United States. 

11. WINNERS LIST: For the surname and county of the confirmed winners, available for up to ninety (90) days after 10^th June 2026, send an email to winners@dja.com with “Budweiser’s Let It Pour Experience Winners” (11-2681-22) in the subject line. The winners list will be available after all winners are confirmed. If a winner objects to their surname and county being made available, the Promoter may still disclose that information, and the winner’s Entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
